LC Pilates offers energising, form-focused mat and reformer classes designed to build strength, control, and confidence — without losing precision or quality of movement.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, my classes combine clear cueing, intelligent programming, and attention to detail, so you feel challenged, supported, and confident in your body.

World Gym Reformer Studio

Location: DFO Cairns
Class Types: Reformer Pilates, 12 Bed Studio 
Level: Beginner and Intermediate 

Booking Note: Gym membership required

These classes are ideal if you’re building strong foundations or ready to progress your Pilates practice with more challenge. Sessions are energetic and form-focused, with clear structure and attention to alignment and technique.

A gym membership is required to book classes at this studio.

Tropic State

Level: All levels
Booking Platform: Momence

OG classes at Studio Two are open to all experience levels, with options and progressions offered throughout. Whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, you’ll be guided to work at a level that suits your body while maintaining strong technique and control.
