Private Sessions

Private sessions offer a fully personalised Pilates experience, tailored to your body, goals, and movement history.

Ideal if you:

  • Want faster results or more individual attention

  • Are new to Pilates and want to build confidence

  • Are returning from injury or managing limitations

  • Prefer a quieter, more focused setting​

Sessions are available as 1:1 private training, using mat, reformer, or a combination depending on your needs.
